Dr. William J. Comport

Work is easy when you love what you do! And I do love helping my patients with their dental care. Since I opened the doors to my office on Cherry Avenue in 1970, watching my families grow and taking care of my patients’ children’s children is a highlight of almost 40 years as a dentist. I really like dentistry. I like my patients, my staff, and I am touched when I reminisce with a patient who reminds me that she has been with me for 32 years. 

I enjoy giving back to my community. In 1996 I founded a school-based dental clinic in Franklin McKinley School District, a designated federal poverty district serving children from ages 5 -13. Most of the children had never seen a dentist other than for a dental emergency, and they were fearful. Because I was volunteering my time, I could spend lots of time with each child and let him/her leave with a successful dental experience. I felt I was able to improve a child’s future at a critical stage in his/her young life. I am pleased to see the clinic continue under the guidance of the Health Trust.

 
Dr. Comport’s office (directions) is located close to Highway 85 and the Almaden Expressway, just a few minutes from Willow Glen, Almaden Valley, Los Gatos, Campbell, and Saratoga.
